11. Click on "Addresses."

12. Under "Addresses," click on "Receive."

13. Copy the ERC20 address that MetaMask has shown you and paste it into the "To Address" field.

14. Click on "Create New Transaction."

15. Paste the BNB address you copied in step 13 into the "To Address" field.

16. Paste the amount of BNB you want to send into the "Amount" field.

17. Click on "Create Transaction."

18. Click on "Confirm Transaction."

19. Click on "Send."

20. Your BNB should now be transferred to your MetaMask wallet!

1. From the MetaMask main screen, click the three lines in the top left corner to open the Settings menu.

2. Under the General heading, click the Enable MetaMask button to enable the extension.

3. Under the Web Wallets heading, click the + sign to add a new web wallet.

4. In the Add Web Wallet dialog, enter binance into the Search field and click the Binance Chain button.

5. Click the Enable button to add the Binance Chain web wallet to your MetaMask account.

6. Click the OK button to close the Settings menu.

7. Click the three lines in the top left corner to return to the main MetaMask screen.

8. Under the Accounts heading, click the Binance Chain icon to open the Binance Chain account settings.

9. Under the Account Settings heading, click the Enable Two-Factor Authentication button to enable two-factor authentication.

10. Under the Two-Factor Authentication heading, enter your Binance Chain login details and click the Enable button.

11. Click the OK button to close the Binance Chain account settings.

12. Click the three lines in the top left corner to return to the main MetaMask screen.

13. Under the Accounts heading, click the Binance Chain icon to open the Binance Chain transaction history.

14. Under the Transactions heading, click the recent transactions tab to view the recent transactions for your Binance Chain account.
